So basically we thought that one day after school we could stand at all of the entrances after school and check cars for whether they are wearing seat belts or not. For those who are, we can give them livesavers or smarties. And for those who aren't, we can give them fake tickets [because it IS against the law] and dumdums. I was also looking at the binder and saw fatal vision goggles. I think that would be really cool if we could somehow do that...
